Product Return Policy

At Wizard Clinics, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. However, due to the nature of some items, particularly single-use medical equipment sold in sterile packaging, we have specific guidelines concerning returns.

1. General Returns

   • Customers may return most products within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service to obtain a returns authorisation. It is the buyers responsibility to pay for return postage. The customer must return the products within 14 days of initiating a returns request.

2. Non-Returnable Items

   • Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

     • Single-use medical equipment that has been opened or used such as suction probes, fine ends, speculums etc.
