How Does It Work?

Step 1: Book a Consultation

At your initial consultation, the full treatment plan will be discussed. You will be advised on the correct use of the recommended topical & oral medication, and the microneedling treatment will be explained to you.

Step 2: Start Treatment

Once you have received your Minoxidil topical solution, you may begin applying it morning and evening everyday. You can now be booked in to start your microneedling sessions.

Step 3: Daily Medication (Men Only)

Once you have received your prescription, you may take the recommended daily oral medication as discussed in the consultation. Continue with the microneedling sessions.

Step 4: Enjoy the Results

After 12 weeks following the treatment plan consistently, you may begin to see new hair growth. Results are usually within 6-12 months, however some people respond differently to treatment.

Hair loss will affect many of us throughout our lifetime.

Androgenetic Alopecia, more commonly known as ‘male pattern hair loss’ affects 50% of men by the age of 50 years old. This can be a very stressful time for some men, which may make hair loss even worse. Our hair loss treatment plan can help you restore your hairline and in turn boost your confidence!

If you are interested in starting your hair loss journey, book a consultation with us today to discuss the treatment plan face to face with a clinician at our clinic.

Hair regrowth is not a quick process, and you must be committed to following the protocol as advised. It can take 6-12 months to see results, however many patients see improvement within 12 weeks.

microneedling scalp for hair loss regrowth

What is microneedling?

Recent research has been undertaken into the effectiveness of ‘Microneedling’ on the scalp to combat hair loss in men and women. Microneedling uses an automated pen (like the one pictured) to cause controlled trauma to the scalp. This activates the bodies healing process which helps to promote the production of collagen and elastin, along with increasing blood flow to the local area which is essential for hair growth.

The research has found that microneedling in combination with topical 5% ‘Minoxidil’ and oral medication has shown fantastic results in hair regrowth in both men.

Further advice will be given to patients on other methods of hair regrowth and maintenance.

Tried and tested by our Director…

before and after photo of hairline recovery

These before and after images are of our very own director, Jordan. He noticed his hairline was receding and decided to take action! He followed the latest guidance (see link #2 above for research article) on hair loss treatment, of weekly microneedling sessions alongside topical minoxidil and oral medication. Less than a year later, you can see for yourself the difference its made in the before and after images.

Catching hair loss early and taking action, gives you the best possible chance for the outcome you desire. Best results are seen by keeping consistent with this treatment. If you are suffering from hair loss and would like to discuss treatment options, book a consultation with us.
